Walking among tall trees can calm. It’s also a good exercise and fun. We offer daytime walks guided by a physiotherapist. We tailor Blue Mountains bushwalks to your interests and abilities.
We’ll select a walk based on your interests, abilities and the weather. Following the walk, we organise catering, and hold a health discussion based on a health topic of your choice. This can be organised as a regular event or as a one off basis.
who is this for?
Generally for individuals or groups of up to five people. Bigger groups by request.
Weather, clothing and individual fitness are important. Some walks may need to be postponed due reasons of weather and other safety considerations.
